What You'll Do

The Machine Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery critical to the ammunition production line. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as the ability to troubleshoot complex issues that may arise during production.

 

Responsibilities

  • Installation: Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment, ensuring proper functioning and safety compliance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues promptly and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance, including lubricating moving parts, replacing worn components, and adjusting settings as needed.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and machine performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with production personnel to address machine-related issues and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work adheres to safety regulations and industry standards, contributing to a safe working environment.

 

Qualifications

Associate's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with industrial machinery maintenance. Ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What You'll Do

As a Production Technologist, you will focus on enhancing manufacturing processes within the ammunition factory to drive efficiency, quality, and safety. This role combines engineering knowledge with hands-on problem-solving to optimize production workflows and implement best practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Process Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of production workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Technology Implementation: Research and implement new technologies, machinery, and processes that enhance productivity and reduce waste in ammunition production.
  • Experimentation: Design and conduct experiments to test new methods or materials, gathering data to inform decision-making and process refinement.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of new processes and technologies.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to production staff on new technologies, best practices, and safety protocols.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on process improvements, including metrics on productivity, quality, and cost savings.

 

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing technology, or a related field. Experience in manufacturing processes, preferably in the ammunition or defense industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Excellent communication and project management skills.

As a Warehouse Worker (Forklift Driver), you will play a vital role in our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. This position requires proficiency in operating forklifts and a commitment to maintaining safety and productivity standards.

 

Responsibilities

  • Forklift Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment to load, unload, and transport materials and products throughout the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the organization and management of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels and timely reporting of discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and fulfill customer orders by picking, packing, and staging items for shipment, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow, resolve issues, and improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in forklift operation are preferred. Proven experience as a forklift driver or in a warehouse environment.
