Las Vegas, Nevada – January 2025 – ATS® Group presented the country at SHOT Show 2025, the most prestigious trade show for defense and firearms professionals. SHOT Show is the leading trade-only event, where you can see the latest generation of military equipment that cannot be easily found anywhere else, and sets new trends in the industry. Organized by the The Firearm Industry Trade Association (NSSF), each year attracts over 2,400 exhibitors from more than 100 countries around the world.
New Products
At this year’s event, ATS Group presented an expanded portfolio, including blank and steel-core ammo, an advanced ammo powder blend with superior performance and composite ballistic textiles, which is currently produced by only one other factory in Europe. The company also highlighted a significant increase in the production of primers, a key component facing a serious global shortage. Additionally, ATS Group announced start of a serial production of artillery ammunition in 2025, and production of military drones is expected soon.
The three factories of the ATS Group (technology, ammunition and ballistics) recently gained a new member of the family (a ballistic textile factory). Committed to constant growth and innovation, ATS Group designs, manufactures and adapts its own machinery park in order to increase production in shorter time frames and successfully respond to increasing demand. The company recently invested an additional 60 million euros in a complete redesign and digitalization of its capacities, introducing advanced smart sensors and predictive maintenance systems to optimize processes.
Market Expansion
As part of its growth strategy, ATS Group invested in an ultra-modern ammunition factory in Texas (USA), while simultaneously expanding its global presence by opening a representative office in London and soon opening offices in several strategic locations across Europe, and has also announced expansion with new factories on other continents.
“The world is facing a shortage of military arsenals and increased defense budgets. A small country like ours manages to compete with the biggest players in the industry, through the placement of extremely scarce products and investments in hybrid technology,” said Shevshet Demirovski, Owner of ATS Group. “As one of the main pillars of the Macedonian economy, we are training new generations of innovators who will create the future, and we are not stopping there. Our address is wherever the consumer is.”
